Hi I'm Kaisha. I am an integrative counsellor offering support to adults, children and young people (aged 8+). I am currently accepting new clients.
We all need someone to help us find a way through when things are tough. If you are struggling with your mental health, you are not alone. I offer a safe and confidential space where you are able to prioritise yourself and work through what might be troubling you, without judgement. The sessions will be based on what you would like to bring, whether that be your life experiences, current difficulties, relationships, or aspects of your life you would like to change. They will be an opportunity to focus on you, where we can find a way forward together.
