Choosing a therapist can be an overwhelming decision to make. It is important that I am the right therapist for you. I offer a no obligation 15 minute phone call to discuss what is going on for you at the moment and what has led you to enquire about therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy I offer.
From there, we can arrange an assessment session, where we can discuss some back ground information, what support you feel you need, what you may like to achieve from therapy and how we can work together to best support your needs and goals.
Initially, I recommend weekly appointments so that we can understand what has brought you to therapy, and then we can discuss frequency of sessions.
Depending on your goals for therapy, we can agree a set amount of sessions or work open-ended.
Sessions are reviewed every 6-8 weeks, to discuss whether you feel you are getting the most out of your sessions, to review goals and if you are happy to continue.
I am able to offer face-to-face or online sessions via Zoom.
