My Approach

Kaisha Holmes Counselling khtherapy

I offer a safe and confidential space where you are able to prioritise yourself and work through what might be troubling you, without judgement. The sessions will be based on what you would like to bring, whether that be your life experiences, current difficulties, relationships, or aspects of your life you would like to change. It will be an opportunity to focus on you, where we can find a way forward together.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning that I tailor the approach that is best suited to the clients wishes. This will be dependent on the your goals, what you would like to explore/achieve and how many sessions you would like to have.

Our relationship is an integral part of our work together. I aim to support you in exploring your experiences, feelings and thoughts and to help you to process, gain personal awareness, processing and look at different perspectives.
